Controller and Processor Relationship

Customers determine the scope, purpose, and content of information collected through estimator forms. In this context, Customers act as the data controller or business, and MyEstimator.pro LLC acts as a service provider or data processor, as applicable under relevant privacy laws.

End Users should direct requests relating to their personal information to the applicable Customer. MyEstimator.pro LLC will provide reasonable assistance to Customers in responding to such requests, as required by law or contract.

A. Information Provided Directly to MyEstimator.pro LLC

Account and Business Information

• Business name
• Authentication credentials

Billing and Subscription Information

• Subscription status
• Billing contact information
• Transaction records and invoice metadata

Payment card information is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. MyEstimator.pro LLC does not store full payment card numbers.

Communications and Support

• Information provided through customer support inquiries or other communications

B. Information Collected Through Embedded Estimator Forms

Depending on Customer configuration, estimator forms may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Project details, selections, and responses
• Price estimates or ranges
• Free-form text responses
• Date and time of submission
• Approximate geographic location derived from IP address

MyEstimator.pro LLC does not send SMS or text messages. Telephone numbers collected through estimator forms are collected solely for Customer use.

C. Information Collected Automatically

When accessing the Services, MyEstimator.pro LLC may automatically collect:

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Device identifiers
• Pages accessed and referring URLs
• Date and time of access
• Log and diagnostic information

D. Sensitive Information

Creation of Aggregated Data

MyEstimator.pro LLC may create aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data derived from use of the Services ("Aggregated Data"). Prior to designation as Aggregated Data, MyEstimator.pro LLC applies technical and organizational measures designed to ensure that such data cannot reasonably be used to identify or re-identify an individual or household, including:

• Removal of direct identifiers
• Removal of indirect identifiers
• Conversion of values into ranges or statistical summaries
• Application of minimum data thresholds to prevent identification

Use and Disclosure of Aggregated Data

MyEstimator.pro LLC may use Aggregated Data for analytics, benchmarking, research, product development, and other lawful business purposes. MyEstimator.pro LLC may also disclose or commercialize Aggregated Data, including through sharing or sale to business partners.

Aggregated Data does not contain personal information and is subject to contractual restrictions prohibiting re-identification or misuse by recipients. Disclosure of Aggregated Data does not constitute a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable privacy laws.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

MyEstimator.pro LLC uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, preserve preferences, ensure secure operation, and analyze Service usage. Disabling cookies may limit functionality.

Where required by law, MyEstimator.pro LLC honors recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals. MyEstimator.pro LLC does not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.

A. Service Providers

• Resend – transactional email delivery
• Vercel – application hosting and infrastructure
• Supabase – database, authentication, and backend services

No security measures are infallible, and MyEstimator.pro LLC cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where applicable). MyEstimator.pro LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
